Brooke Sinclair is Vice President of Safety and brings more than 26 years of experience in environmental, health and safety (EHS), compliance and emergency preparedness within the utility industry. She spent two decades with the Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB), where she advanced through a variety of roles across Environmental Compliance, Safety, Gas Engineering, System Maintenance, Construction and Engineering before serving in director-level leadership.
During her time at KUB, she led the organization’s emergency planning and preparedness efforts and worked with cross-functional teams to develop approximately 90 EHS and operational programs that were implemented across the utility. Her work is known for balancing strong compliance standards with practical, field-ready solutions developed in close collaboration with construction and operations teams.
Most recently, she served as Utilities National Market Sector Lead for EnSafe Inc., where she provided auditing and EHS program development for utility clients nationwide.
