Quinton Clark, Vice President of Electric Engineering and Operations, is responsible for all engineering, design, construction and operation of electric systems at Memphis Light, Gas and Water.

Clark joined MLGW in 1992 as a staff engineer. He earned valuable experience through various roles at the company in Water Engineering, Reliability and Power Quality, Customer Engineering, Water Construction, and Systems Operations.

Clark was promoted to Supervisor of Water Engineering in 2005. In 2011, he was promoted to manager of Systems Operations. In 2018, He was reassigned as manager of Water Engineering and Operations where he guided the development of the water capital improvement plan for upgrading and replacing water infrastructure.

Clark is a native Memphian and a graduate of Wooddale High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Christian Brothers University and a Master of Business Administration from Union University. He holds a Professional Engineering License and a Grade IV Water Treatment license from the State of Tennessee.

Clark has served as Vice-Chairman for the Shelby County Groundwater Quality Control Board. He is active in several industry associations including the American Water Works Association (AWWA), Tennessee Association of Utility Districts (TAUD), and American Public Power Association (APPA).
