VP, General Counsel, Chief Ethics Officer

Jennifer Sink is MLGW's VP, General Counsel and Chief Ethics Officer.

Before joining MLGW in July of 2023, Sink served as the Chief Legal Officer for the City of Memphis, providing legal counsel and strategic advice to the Mayor and Divisions of city government.

Prior to joining the Memphis City Attorney's Office in 2016, she was a shareholder at the Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz law firm, practicing civil litigation and primarily health care litigation from 2003-2016.

Sink is the President-Elect (2023) of the Memphis Bar Association.
