My Account Payment Issues
|NOTE: Some MLGW customers are experiencing internet browser issues when attempting to pay their utility bill. If you are experiencing issues, when clicking on 'Bills and Payments' and are using an Apple device, please upgrade your internet browser to the latest version. For example; If you utilize the Safari internet browser should update to 13.01.5 version.
You can also utilize our IVR phone pay system by setting up a phone pay ID and pin number in your MyAccount profile to pay your utility bill.
