(February 3, 2022 – 8 p.m.) – Due to inclement weather conditions, Memphis Light, Gas and Water’s Community Offices will be closed on Friday, February 4.
MLGW customers can report outages and get updates on restoration efforts using My Account.

							MLGW performing maintenance involving mercaptan

						MLGW is performing routine maintenance involving mercaptan today at three natural gas facilities near Seward Drive and Walnut Hill Way in Eads, Germantown Parkway and Bellevue Parkway in Cordova and Airways Boulevard and Stateline Road.
This routine work began at 8 a.m. and will last 4-6 hours.
					
							City of Memphis Utility Assistance Fund offers help to residents

						Memphians who are facing utility cutoff notices may qualify for up to a $500 credit on their MLGW utility bills. Mayor Jim Strickland and the Memphis City Council set aside $1 million for the program which is now in its tenth year.
