Memphis Light, Gas and Water is updating its mobile app with a fresh look and additional features. With the updated My Account feature, customers are a click away from paying their bills, stopping utility service, making payment arrangements or going paperless.
Starting May 14, the redesigned layout will let users click the Bills & Payments button to pay their utility bills. Customers with more than one utility account can nickname the accounts (i.e. “Mom’s House” or “My Rental House”) for easy organization.
My Account upgrades will improve the customer experience. To sign up, customers need a valid email address, and their 16-digit MLGW account number and access code, which can be found on the MLGW bill. Customers who need assistance can call 901-544-MLGW (6549) for residential accounts or 901-528-4270 for business accounts to speak to a customer service representative.
MLGW encourages customers to sign up for paperless billing.
My Account will be unavailable from Tuesday, May 13 at 7 p.m. until Wednesday, May 14 at 7 a.m
