They will discuss pivoting during the pandemic, advertising, marketing, applying for local and federal assistance and women-owned business enterprises.

Dudley is President/CEO of Memphis-based Stragistics Technology, Inc., a technology solutions provider that delivers resources, teams and services to private and government sectors. A Baltimore, Md. native, Dudley has degrees from the University of Baltimore and John Hopkins University. She is an active and vibrant member of National Association of Woman Business Owners (NAWBO).
Dobbins, President of Mid-South Drug Testing, Inc., has over 25 years of experience in the drug testing industry. Mid-South Drug Testing serves communities in Tennessee, Northeastern Arkansas, North Mississippi, and the boot heel of Missouri, offering individual, employment, federal, court-ordered and school drug and breath alcohol testing among other services.
Francis opened her own catering service, Simply Fabulous Catering, in 1995, focusing on Guatemalan and Southern culinary influences combined with her passion for food and genuine love for people. Born in Lebanon and raised in Guatemala, Francis is a second- generation chef and caterer and University of Memphis graduate.
