Memphis Light, Gas and Water will begin automatically applying a water and sewer adjustment to residential customers’ bills that our system has identified as having excess water usage due to the February Winter Storm.
The adjustment will appear on bills dated March 17 through April 16. Customers who did not have excess usage during the storm will not have an adjustment generated.
Customers can view their bills in My Account through mlgw.com.
