Traffic Alert: Front Street between Beale & Union
July 2, 2026
Possible lane closures begin Monday, July 6
MLGW will paint streetlights on Front Street between Beale and Union starting Monday, July 6. Portions of the road next to the streetlights will be blocked to allow our painters to use lifts, and also to avoid parked cars getting paint on them.
Painting is expected to last for three to four weeks and will affect traffic as well as street parking intermittently.
Drivers are encouraged to use caution in the area, follow posted traffic signage and allow for additional travel time.
