About our guests:
Thomas serves as the executive director of the Tennessee Small Business Development Center at Southwest Tennessee Community College in Memphis, TN. Among his many recognitions, Thomas received the SBDC State Star for Tennessee, which goes to an individual making a difference in the business community for Tennessee.
Byrd is a founder and Vice Chairman and President for the Bank of Bartlett. A graduate of University of Memphis, Mr. Byrd received BBA and MS degrees in Marketing. From 1976 to 1982, Mr. Byrd served District 99 as a member of the Tennessee House of Representatives for three terms. Mr. Byrd serves as a member of several civic organizations throughout Memphis.
Scarboro is the senior vice president and regional executive of the Memphis Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Mr. Scarboro became head of the Memphis Branch in June 2015. The Branch serves western Tennessee, northern Mississippi and eastern Arkansas.
