Memphis Light, Gas and Water is changing its Customer Care Center hours, which customers can reach at 544-6549, from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. starting January 6, 2020. The greatest call volume is between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. This change will make MLGW more efficient and help us better serve our customers.
