Memphis Light, Gas and Water is proud to announce the reopening of the Millington Community Office, 5141 Navy Road. The updated facility reopened on August 31, 2026 to serve customers in a space that enhances comfort, efficiency and accessibility.

The Millington Community Office is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office had been closed for renovations since April 13.

“This renovation reflects our commitment to putting people first,” said Timothy Davis, MLGW Chief Customer Officer.

“We are modernizing how we serve our customers—creating spaces and services that are faster, more convenient and respectful of their time. The Millington office is another step toward delivering a more predictable, positive experience for every family and business we serve.”
