Traffic Alert: Lane Closure on North Parkway and Manassas Street

Beginning Friday, May 15, MLGW crews will close eastbound traffic on North Parkway from Danny Thomas Boulevard to Dunlap Street. Additionally, Manassas Street will be closed to northbound and southbound traffic between North Parkway and Galloway Street. These closures are necessary to accommodate the construction of new underground electric infrastructure.
Work is expected to remain in place for approximately three months or until further notice. Drivers are encouraged to follow the posted detour routes and to use extra caution when traveling near crews. Local traffic will still be allowed access to businesses located within the closure area
