MLGW partners with Latino Memphis, Radio Ambiente, La Jefa and Su Casa for the “2023 Multicultural One-Stop Resource Fair”

Memphis Light, Gas and Water is partnering with Latino Memphis, Radio Ambiente, La Jefa 99.3 and Su Casa Ministries for the “MLGW Multicultural One-Stop Resource Fair,” to take place on Saturday, October 21, at First Baptist Church Broad, 2835 Broad Ave.

When:             Saturday, October 21, 2023

Where:            First Baptist Church Broad, 2835 Broad Ave., TN 38112

Time:              10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Directions: Attendees must enter through the South parking lot of the Church. MLGW security will be onsite to direct traffic. After parking, the public can enter the Church auditorium to take advantage of the “Multicultural One-Stop Resource Fair,” where vendors will share information on utility assistance; legal matters; child support; expungement and driver license services; and provide weatherization kits. There will be workshops on Safety in Preparedness and Nutrition; and COVID-19 and flu vaccinations will be available.


Some services require the following:

• A photo ID

• Household income information

• A bill or mail with your name and address as proof of Shelby County residence

• Meet the federal poverty guidelines
