1) Contact a Licensed Contractor
For each affected utility, you’ll need to hire a licensed professional to:
- Make the necessary repairs.
- Ensure the system is safe and up to code.
2) Initiate Process to Restore Services
Have your licensed contractor call MLGW at 729-8630 and select option 1 to begin work order process.
3) Request an Inspection (if required)
Your local code enforcement office may need to inspect and approve the repairs before service can be restored.
If you don’t intend to use any utility services at this location for an extended period, please contact the MLGW Customer Care Center at 544-6549 for residential customers and 528-4270 for business customers to request disconnection of services.
