convenient. View a summary of these options in our Payment Option

please read our payment recommendation.
PAY ELECTRONICALLY:
Electronic Payments through eBilling
Customers who enroll in MLGW's electronic billing service, eBilling, have the added option of making
electronic payments from a checking or savings account at no added fee. Individual and recurring
payments can be made. Consolidated payments for multiple accounts can also be handled.
Payments scheduled on a business day before 3:00pm Central are posted after 3:00pm Central.
Payments scheduled after 3:00pm Central are posted after 3:00pm Central the following business day.
MLGW absorbs the transaction costs for participants’ payments, in exchange for bill production and
postage savings from paperless billing. You can opt for eBilling during your initial My Account
registration, or update your existing profile by logging in and clicking the My User Profile link.
Electronic Banking and MyCheckfree.com
Customers who make payments through their financial institution’s electronic banking system or
MyCheckfree.com can add MLGW to their list of billers and execute electronic payments through
those channels. Payments will post based on customer instructions and the bank’s or Checkfree’s
payment schedule. When you pay your MLGW bill through MyCheckfree.com, you automatically are
enrolled in MLGW’s paperless eBilling service, so it is important to also register for My Account to
access your utility bills.
Online “One-Time Payment”
Make a single electronic payment with MLGW’s “one-time payment” service, using Discover Card,
ATM Debit Card (showing the Star, Pulse or NYCE logos) or Electronic Check. You must enter your
MLGW account number and banking information each time, as this is a non-enrolled service that does
not store your information. Payments submitted through this channel are noted on your account within
30 minutes, making it one of the quickest ways to make last-minute payments. MLGW's bill
processor, Kubra, charges the following transaction fees: $0.85 for electronic check or ATM/debit card
and $3.00 for Discover Card payments. MLGW receives no revenue from this transaction fee. There is
a $1,000 limit per utility payment. To ensure online payment transaction fees remain as low as
possible, MLGW does not accept Visa or MasterCard payments—but we are exploring new options to
add these payment types in the near future.

your MLGW account number on your check and enclose the bottom portion of your bill to ensure your
payment is properly credited to your account. For security, never send cash.

E-Wiz Kiosks at Exxon On The Run
MLGW customers can now make self-serve automated bill payments, 24-hours-a-day, through the
E-Wiz Kiosk Network located in participating Exxons. Transactions may
be securely completed in English or Spanish, and all payments will be posted to the customer's
account within 30 minutes. To make a payment, the customer needs either their MLGW account
number or the phone number associated with the account, plus the last four digits of their social
security number. At this time, the touchscreen kiosks will accept cash payments only and no change
is given. Info Touch Technologies will collect from customers a $2 processing fee for each transaction;
MLGW does not receive any revenue from this fee.

Unauthorized Third-Party Paying Agents
Unauthorized Third-Party Pay Agents may be able to process a payment to MLGW on your behalf,
although customers should know that these agents have no contractual requirement to operate under
rules approved by the MLGW Board. MLGW provides no assurance as to the timeliness or accuracy
of payments made through these agents. MLGW reserves the right to refuse payments from
Unauthorized Pay Agents if sufficient account identification is not included with the payment.
Payments may take 3-5 business days or longer to post to a customer’s MLGW account. Any fees
assessed by Unauthorized Pay Agents are the responsibility of the customer. Any online or walk-in
remittance processor not specifically identified on this website, including banks and financial
institutions, should be considered an Unauthorized Pay Agent. If you pay through an Unauthorized
Pay Agent, keep your receipt or payment confirmation number until your payment has posted to your
MLGW account.

You can pay your MLGW by phone by calling 1-888-589-4868. Payments are accepted by electronic
check, ATM/debit card (showing the Star, Pulse or NYCE logos) and Discover card.

last-minute payments.
Convenience fees will be charged by MLGW's payment processor, Kubra, at a rate of $0.85 (electronic
check or ATM/debit card) and $3.00 (Discover card). If you choose to opt out of the automated
system (IVR) and talk to a Customer Service Representative, Kubra will charge you an agent
assistance fee of $1.50 in addition to the standard convenience fee.
To ensure payment transaction fees remain as low as possible, MLGW does not accept Visa or
MasterCard payments—but we are exploring new options to add these payment types in the near
future.
PAY WITH AUTOMATIC DEDUCTION
(AutoPay):
With the MLGW AutoPay program, your utility bill is deducted from your bank account each month.
You still receive a statement so you can keep track of your usage, but your checking account is
automatically deducted on the net due date shown on your bill. With AutoPay, you eliminate the
inconvenience of writing checks and postage, plus you are assured your bill will be paid on time each
month.
Go one step further and enroll in eBilling, to receive bills electronically. You can either keep your
AutoPay arrangement or establish single or recurring payments through My Account. (If you choose
to establish online payments through My Account, be sure to cancel your AutoPay arrangement to
avoid double payments.)
