About MLGW : CUSTOMER ENGINEERING
MLGW's Customer Engineering Department is responsible for the design work for all residential and commercial services. This includes all utility design work for home builders, commercial contractors, and existing customers.
Note: To initiate a Work Request (WR) for utility service, re-work, and/or relocation; please call Builder Services Center at (901) 367-3343 or submit your WR online. After a WR is initiated, you may call the appropriate Customer Engineering area listed below for questions concerning your design and/or cost quote.
