2009-08-06 Mayor Pro Tem Myron Lowery to address Neighborhood Leaders Conference
(August 6, 2009) - Memphis Mayor Pro Tem Myron Lowery will address Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division's annual Neighborhood Leaders Conference Friday morning, August 7 at 8:45 a.m. The conference will be held at MLGW's Joyce M. Blackmon Training Center at 4949 Raleigh-LaGrange Road.

WHEN: Friday, August 7, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
WHERE: MLGW’s Joyce M. Blackmon Training Center, 4949 Raleigh-LaGrange Rd.
WHO: Members of the public with pre-registration, as well as local media.
Conservation, preservation, weatherization, community gardens, neighborhood clean-ups, social networking, gang activity and EnergySmart are some of the community-related topics that will be addressed at the conference which will focus on "Green and Clean Neighborhoods."
